Evangelist Felton has served in the church as volunteer, staff, associate and pastor. Currently, she resides in Dallas NC and is a member of Morning Star Fellowship Church in Fort Mill SC where she remains available to be used by the LORD to answer God’s call to missions. Patsy loves to travel to new places and meet new people. She meets them where they are and with the help of the Holy Spirit she helps take them where they need to be in order to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. These relationships continue thru the years even after she has left that city and state or village and country. Evangelist Felton continues to participate in various trainings, conferences, and seminars but she faithfully remains dependent upon Holy Spirit as her Teacher and Guide.

- Patsy was licensed as an Evangelist in 2007 at Sandy Run Baptist Church in Jefferson SC. She attended the School of Destiny Bible School in Albany NY (2008-2009).

- In 2009, she was commissioned as a missionary from the Non Denomination Christian Organization – International Accelerated Missions (IAM) in Berne NY. She received Ordination in 2010 as Minister of the Gospel also through IAM.

- In 2018, she attended Todd Bentleys School of Supernatural Ministry and received a Certificate of Graduation in Olean NY.

- In 2019 she received Certificate of Ordination from Christ Mandate for Missions/ Corrells Missionary Ministry (CMM)

- In May 2020 Evangelist Felton received a Bachelors in Biblical Studies from CMM College of Theology
